What you will do

• Act as a liaison between Product and technology teams, aligning business objectives with technical solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable and efficient solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses for current and future state processes.
• Support development teams, manage scope changes, and review deliverables.
• Partner with QA and business teams for test case definition, UAT, and requirements traceability.
• Facilitate deployment readiness and monitor post-implementation performance for continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system development life cycles, and project management fundamentals.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with requirements gathering, documentation, and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Visio).
