What you will do

• Lead annual and in-year strategic and portfolio planning processes, ensuring clear alignment to enterprise and SBG PD priorities.
• Own financial operations for SBG PD, including budget planning, investment reviews, and in-year tracking of spend and resources.
• Build and scale dashboards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to provide leaders with actionable insights.
• Design and lead organizational engagement strategies, ensuring employees feel connected, empowered, and recognized.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing Tech Strategy & Planning team, creating opportunities for career development and leadership growth.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 10+ years in roles delivering cross-organizational impact, ideally in strategy, operations, or large-scale program management within a technology environment.
• Experience managing and developing teams of technical program managers is strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution, with strong problem-solving, resource allocation, and financial planning skills.
• Proven ability to design and scale planning frameworks, operational rhythms, and portfolio management practices across complex organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including c-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree/certificates preferred.
