What you will do
- Define and execute global marketplace strategy.
- Optimize Amazon Ads, DSP, and eBay performance.
- Lead KPI frameworks including ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS.
- Own budgets, forecasting, and marketing investment decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand and growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in marketplace or digital marketing.
- Deep expertise across Amazon and eBay ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with commercial decision-making ability.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and agencies.
- Experience delivering multi-region strategies (EMEA, US, APAC).
