What you will do

• Execute hirify.global’s marketplace strategy across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other key marketplaces.
• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, including sales trends, advertising performance, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Improve product listings, imagery, keywords, and content to support visibility and conversion.
• Analyze marketplace data and competitor activity to identify insights and opportunities for growth.
• Support new marketplace launches and channel expansion, including helping prepare listings and operational requirements for new regions or platforms.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing regular reports to support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon or other marketplace platforms.
• A strong interest in eCommerce and digital marketplaces.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central (or a willingness to learn quickly).
• An analytical mindset and comfort working with data to identify trends and performance insights.
• A proactive, self-starting, and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Advertising or other marketplace PPC tools.
• Experience working with eCommerce tools, analytics platforms, or marketplace management software.
• Interest in international eCommerce and marketplace expansion.
