Location: Must be based in or near London, UK (Hybrid role with 50% remote work)

What you will do

  • Drive and execute comprehensive retail media strategies on Amazon in alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Develop and optimize multi-touchpoint campaigns across emerging Retail Media Networks like Look Fantastic, Cult, and Very.
  • Analyze performance data from vendor portals and external dashboards to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies and internal marketing/commercial stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data and industry trends into clear presentations for senior leadership.
  • Oversee budget management and content delivery across all retail media channels.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance or retail media campaign management.
  • Proven expertise with Amazon Ads, Criteo, and programmatic search/display platforms.
  • Proficiency with retail media management tools such as Pacvue or Skai.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret performance metrics and generate strategic insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Capacity to work in a hybrid environment based in London.

Nice to have

  • Deep portfolio management experience supporting SKU strategy.
  • Familiarity with full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to conversion.
