What you will do
- Drive and execute comprehensive retail media strategies on Amazon in alignment with commercial objectives.
- Develop and optimize multi-touchpoint campaigns across emerging Retail Media Networks like Look Fantastic, Cult, and Very.
- Analyze performance data from vendor portals and external dashboards to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies and internal marketing/commercial stakeholders.
- Translate complex data and industry trends into clear presentations for senior leadership.
- Oversee budget management and content delivery across all retail media channels.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance or retail media campaign management.
- Proven expertise with Amazon Ads, Criteo, and programmatic search/display platforms.
- Proficiency with retail media management tools such as Pacvue or Skai.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret performance metrics and generate strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capacity to work in a hybrid environment based in London.

- Deep portfolio management experience supporting SKU strategy.
- Familiarity with full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to conversion.
