What you will do

• Define the product strategy and long-term roadmap for the LLM platform layer.
• Partner with engineering teams to innovate on AI infrastructure and seamless integration with hirify.global’s data layer.
• Spearhead the launch and maturation of new Cortex platform capabilities.
• Synthesize technical requirements from partner teams into a cohesive, actionable platform plan.
• Utilize data-driven governance to track key metrics to inform strategic bets.
• Collaborate with Platform Architects to validate AI infrastructure designs.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically building AI/ML infrastructure, LLM serving platforms, or cloud compute systems.
• Deep technical comfort with LLM serving, AI infrastructure, API contracts, and distributed systems.
• Proven track record of leading through influence and driving alignment across global engineering and product teams.
• Passion for "Ease of Use" and understand the friction points AI developers face.
• Comfort using modern AI and design tools to rapidly mock up wireframes and PRDs.
• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
