What you will do

• Research and analyze market data, product trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to drive product requirements.
• Lead the go-to-market (GTM) process, serving as the product/market resource for the marketing team.
• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and Product Development, ensuring alignment among market needs, product capabilities, and technical constraints.
• Translate technical product capabilities (APIs, integrations, platform architecture, developer documentation) into clear customer journeys and solution narratives.
• Investigate new product and feature queries, assessing their marketability and potential for monetization.
• Analyze results and develop best practices to ensure highly effective processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) working with SaaS products in product marketing and/or product development.
• Strong experience with GTM planning, messaging frameworks, ICPs, and positioning.
• Knowledge of SaaS technology and platform-based product ecosystems; familiarity with telecommunications technology is a significant advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, methodical, results-oriented, responsible, and creative.
• Remote, requiring a suitable work-from-home setup.
