What you will do
- Design and implement a comprehensive Employee Experience strategy tailored to a distributed workforce.
- Develop and operationalize a practical Remote Excellence framework with clear norms and toolkits.
- Govern the global framework for company onsites and in-person gatherings, handling end-to-end logistics.
- Build internal programs and rituals that strengthen connection and collaboration across global teams.
- Champion and structure employee Guilds to support professional development and networking.
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a global organization with ownership of employee engagement or event workstreams.
- Proven track record operating in remote-first or distributed organizations.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- English: Fluent verbal and written proficiency required.
- Strong connection to gaming culture and experience in creator-driven industries is highly preferred.
