What you will do

• Coach dev leads and managers to build high-performing, autonomous engineering teams.
• Scale the engineering organization from ~20 to double the size, preparing for Series B growth.
• Partner with product and data teams to ship new features and improve creator data recommendations.
• Drive engineering velocity and establish processes that scale for €30m+ ARR.
• Handle complex people management, including performance feedback and organizational alignment.
• Adopt and integrate AI tooling into engineering workflows to increase team leverage.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing managers or team leads in a product or SaaS environment.
• Background in scaling engineering organizations through high-growth phases.
• Experience navigating complex people challenges and improving team quality.
• Demonstrated ability to ship products with urgency and minimal overhead.
• Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows.
• Must be located in Europe for remote work.
