What you will do

• Define long-term AI strategy, architecture patterns, and evaluation standards for business-unit level intelligent systems.
• Lead architecture for agentic, assistive, and personalization platforms including tool-augmented LLM orchestration.
• Drive modernization of ML inference platforms, focusing on model serving, cost optimization, and latency management.
• Establish engineering standards, reproducibility, and lifecycle governance across multiple squads.
• Translate ambiguous business opportunities into cohesive, high-scale technical strategies.
• Represent hirify.global engineering through technical leadership, mentorship, and external industry contributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with deep specialization in AI/ML.
• Proven track record architecting large-scale distributed ML systems.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, generative AI, personalization, and production inference infrastructure.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical architecture and influence across multiple teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
