What you will do

• Design and lead architecture for AI-driven security platforms including threat detection and DLP.
• Develop state-of-the-art SLMs and LLMs tailored for security use cases like log analysis and policy reasoning.
• Architect pipelines for domain adaptation, instruction tuning, and model distillation.
• Design AI agents to automate security operations and integrate with enterprise tools.
• Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for detection accuracy, robustness, and safety.
• Optimize inference systems for low latency, high throughput, and cost efficiency in production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ML/AI systems with a focus on deep learning and production ML.
• Proven experience scaling LLMs/SLMs or advanced ML systems in security or adversarial domains.
• Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG, and hybrid AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with model training, fine-tuning, distillation, and distributed frameworks like PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with MLOps practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI systems for SaaS security or GenAI security platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems for security automation.
