What you will do

- Strengthen patient retention and reactivation efforts while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
- Leverage customer data to uncover opportunities for improved messaging and experience optimization.
- Drive creative development and iterate on marketing campaigns based on testing and experimentation results.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- 5-8 years of experience in content strategy and social media management.
- Proven ability to design, build, and deploy scalable marketing automations with measurable impact.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, with preference for digital health background.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales platforms.
- Demonstrated bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
