What you will do

  • Develop multi-channel growth strategies targeting patients and healthcare providers to boost service adoption.
  • Utilize HubSpot and marketing automation tools to deliver personalized patient engagement campaigns.
  • Coordinate outreach across digital, email, and offline channels to attract and enroll new patients.
  • Strengthen patient retention and reactivation efforts while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
  • Leverage customer data to uncover opportunities for improved messaging and experience optimization.
  • Drive creative development and iterate on marketing campaigns based on testing and experimentation results.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 5-8 years of experience in content strategy and social media management.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and deploy scalable marketing automations with measurable impact.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, with preference for digital health background.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales platforms.
  • Demonstrated bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI integration and automation tools like Keragon.
  • Deep understanding of the full-funnel customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills for presenting to leadership.
