Salary: $172,645.00 - $375,285.00/yr

What you will do

• Own and drive a quarterly roadmap for the core Mail experience with clear success metrics.
• Set and uphold a high bar for craft, clarity, and usability across platforms.
• Work with engineering to balance product quality, performance, and technical sustainability at global scale.
• Use user research, qualitative insights, and data to understand how people actually use Mail.
• Build, mentor, and lead a strong team of product managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling consumer products, with senior leadership experience.
• Strong product judgment paired with execution discipline.
• Deep empathy for consumers and a demonstrated ability to translate real user needs into elegant product solutions.
• Track record of shipping consumer product improvements that moved retention or engagement metrics at scale.
• Data fluency paired with strong qualitative instincts.
• AI Fluency: you integrate AI thinking into product strategy naturally, not as an afterthought
