What you will do

• Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for hirify.global Mail client platforms and shared services.
• Partner with engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and performant client-side architectures.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into client platforms to enhance personalization and user assistance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning identity, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Manage complex platform transitions and service realignments while ensuring continuity for users.
• Define success metrics and represent platform strategy in executive-level discussions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in platforms or large-scale client systems.
• Strong technical fluency in client architectures, identity systems, and privacy/security controls.
• Experience managing multi-year initiatives with complex stakeholder dependencies.
• Ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders (legal, security, commercial).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in high-visibility environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
