What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead, defining the vision and architecture for content management and publishing systems.
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex initiatives, from technical planning to production launch.
• Mentor and coach engineers to raise technical standards, code quality, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business leaders to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and performant cloud-native microservices.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships as the primary technical point of contact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Must have the ability to implement solutions across the entire stack.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Strong proficiency in AWS, Python, and React.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or squads as a senior or principal individual contributor.
• Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and FastAPI.
• Deep understanding of large-scale digital content publishing and CMS systems.
• Practical experience implementing AI and ML techniques in product features.
