TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York for on-site work.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the recruiting operations stack, primarily leveraging Ashby for pipeline management and workflow automation.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling across time zones and on-site hosting.
  • Ensure data integrity and generate reporting to identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to execute process improvements and infrastructure scaling projects.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including interviewer prep documentation and scorecard management.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and candidate engagement throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination roles.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and managing pipelines in Ashby.
  • Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site in New York and handle on-site candidate hosting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with reporting and advanced analytics within ATS platforms.
  • Background in building recruiting processes from scratch.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with People, Finance, or IT teams.
