• Partner with hiring managers to customize sourcing strategies and advise on market trends.
• Maintain organized, data-driven candidate tracking and funnel metrics.
• Represent the company and engage candidates at conferences and events.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
• Significant experience sourcing specialized engineering and AI talent in technical domains.
• Deep interest in AI research and engagement with global research communities.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent at premier tech companies or startups.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches while maintaining high quality and stakeholder experience.
