Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite at our NYC HQ in Union Square.
• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical and product positions.
• Proven track record of courting and engaging passive elite talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of exceeding performance KPIs.
