What you will do
- Partner with the VP of Talent to define and execute strategic recruiting initiatives and organizational design.
- Identify, pilot, and implement AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and coordination efficiency.
- Own the full recruiting tech stack and lead ATS implementations to ensure operational leverage.
- Define key recruiting metrics, build dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure end-to-end recruiting compliance, including EEO/OFCCP reporting and data privacy standards.
- Lead and develop the coordination team while overseeing the onboarding operations from offer acceptance to Day 1.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations with senior or lead capacity.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across recruiting teams.
- Deep expertise in managing ATS ecosystems and HRIS integrations.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their application within recruiting workflows.
- Demonstrated experience scaling recruiting functions through rapid company growth.
- High level of executive presence and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
