Salary: $120,000 – $165,000

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of specialized technical talent.
• Partner with recruiting peers and hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.
• Contribute to building an inclusive workplace by sourcing diverse talent.
• Improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, and candidate satisfaction.
• Act as a talent advisor to deliver high-precision recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-person at our NYC HQ (Union Square).
• 3+ years of experience sourcing for specialized engineering or product roles.
• Demonstrated success in creative sourcing techniques for passive, high-caliber talent.
• Strong communication skills to partner with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
