What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers across multiple client programs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Editorial, Scientific, and Creative teams.
• Drive operational excellence and maintain compliance.
• Act as a senior escalation point for project challenges and resource alignment.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in project management within med comms, medical education, or pharma agencies.
• Experienced in managing teams and mentoring PM talent.
• Comfortable translating client priorities into actionable plans.
• Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver.
• Knowledgeable about global pharma regulations (ABPI, EMA) and able to navigate complex environments across multiple time zones.
