Associate Director, Engineering Projects (Biotech)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office work model

Salary: $142,500–$256,500 per year, plus potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Lead and support capital projects and portfolios implementing the Norwood and network master site plans.
• Direct design, construction, commissioning, qualification, validation, and readiness workstreams.
• Lead and performance-manage Project Engineers while coordinating governance across stakeholders.
• Drive safe, compliant, on-schedule, and on-budget project execution through closeout.
• Direct bid evaluations, contract awards, contract negotiations, and construction management activities.
• Coordinate drawing reviews, permitting, dispute resolution, operational turnover, and maintenance and calibration packages.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant experience.
• Approximately 15 or more years of experience.
• Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and GDP regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, decision-making, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under U.S. export control laws, including being a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
