What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for G&A and GTM functions, including Finance, People, Legal, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem to attract top-tier talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for critical business roles.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and overall candidate experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the mission and culture to prospective hires.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on non-technical roles.
• Proven track record of closing candidates in high-growth tech or startup environments.
• Expertise in utilizing sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand nuanced functional requirements.
• Data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing recruiting performance.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
