What you will do

• Manage compensation bands, benchmarking, and governance frameworks.
• Lead annual and off-cycle compensation review and merit processes.
• Translate performance outcomes into clear compensation analytics for executive leadership.
• Oversee benefits administration in partnership with the company's PEO.
• Partner cross-functionally to design and integrate holistic cash and equity total rewards.
• Support workforce planning and offer approval workflows.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of compensation experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Deep expertise in benchmarking, pay governance, and merit cycles.
• Strong knowledge of US compensation practices.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency working with compensation data.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pace, rigorous work environment.
