What you will do

• Own and evolve the design system architecture across web and mobile platforms.
• Define core foundations including typography, spacing, color, and interaction patterns.
• Partner with engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation and design-to-code alignment.
• Establish governance models, contribution guidelines, and quality standards for system adoption.
• Drive roadmap planning in collaboration with product and engineering leadership.
• Mentor designers on system usage, constraints, and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with a focus on design systems.
• Must be able to work in-person at the NYC HQ.
• Deep proficiency in Figma including libraries, variables, and component architecture.
• Strong experience scaling design systems for multi-platform environments.
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with front-end engineering teams.
• Portfolio showcasing systems thinking and real-world implementation impact.
