What you will do

• Champion exceptional user experience solutions across the entire product suite.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to discover unmet needs and drive product innovation.
• Create high-quality artifacts including personas, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Translate complex systems into simple, intuitive UI concepts using strong storytelling.
• Maintain and contribute to the shared design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and strategy teams to bring solutions to market.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in product or UX design, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Expertise in modern design tools, specifically Figma with experience in variables and auto-layout.
• Proven ability to solve complex user problems with intuitive interfaces.
• Deep understanding of UX processes across desktop, mobile, and native platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
