What you will do

• Lead the design of universal navigation experiences that ensure clarity and consistency across diverse products.
• Translate complex information architectures into intuitive, elegant, and accessible user interfaces.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive suggestions and conversational interfaces into navigation.
• Use AI-powered design tools to rapidly prototype, iterate, and validate design concepts throughout the process.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering, and research, to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to shared design systems and emerging interaction paradigms across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in product design for large-scale or content-rich platforms.
• Deep understanding of systems thinking and user-centered design principles.
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual craft, interaction design, and complex problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern AI-assisted design workflows.
• Experience designing or collaborating on AI/ML-driven products like recommendations or adaptive systems.
• Must be based in the United States to accommodate team collaboration requirements.
