What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain distributed backend services optimized for scalability and performance.
• Develop and optimize GraphQL APIs to serve both real-time and batch data.
• Manage data pipelines and streaming applications using tools like Apache Kafka and Flink.
• Implement caching solutions with Redis and OpenSearch to improve service efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features across various company verticals.
• Participate in technical design reviews and utilize infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) for service provisioning.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems principles, including consistency and availability.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL and relational databases such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and container-based deployment workflows.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions.
• Operational knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
