What you will do

• Partner with deployment strategists and sales teams to architect and deliver complex agentic AI applications.
• Build sophisticated systems using LLMs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines for enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with research teams to adapt and fine-tune models to address specific customer business problems.
• Lead end-to-end deployments across public cloud, VPC, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Establish technical standards, playbooks, and mentorship structures to scale the engineering function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript for production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI stacks including RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and model evaluation.
• Strong background in DevOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing environments delivering enterprise software solutions.
• High agency and comfort working in fast-paced startup environments.
