What you will do

• Create and oversee strategic and tactical marketing plans including SWOT, competitor analysis, and unique selling propositions.
• Direct brand execution and editorial positioning across all print and online sales and marketing materials.
• Manage prospect targeting and lead generation activities through email, digital/print advertising, SEO, and social media.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with revenue goals.
• Maintain a portfolio of sales tools including case studies, presentations, proposals, and infographics.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensure strategic integrity, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing and brand management, specifically in B2B.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
• Proven success in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEO is preferred.
