What you will do

• Oversee a lean global team across creative, social media, marketing, and production while managing the marketing P&L.
• Develop and execute a strategy focused on short-form content and high-volume distribution to maximize audience growth.
• Integrate AI tools into content development, production, and distribution pipelines to drive efficiency.
• Ensure co-branded content for partners meets commercial KPIs while maintaining brand identity and fan engagement.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Partnerships team to shape campaigns and participate in high-level partner pitches.
• Define multi-channel distribution strategies and implement data-driven reporting on ROI and audience sentiment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience in international brands, entertainment, or sports.
• Deep hands-on experience with short-form platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proven ability to manage lean, high-velocity teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Practical experience integrating AI into production workflows with strong ethical and legal awareness.
• Solid understanding of both B2B and DTC marketing models and P&L ownership.
• Strong familiarity with the esports and gaming ecosystem and high awareness of online cultural trends.
