What you will do

• Build trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders as their primary business partner.
• Drive a 20% YoY growth target by identifying commercial opportunities in media and social strategies.
• Lead internal delivery teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations.
• Challenge clients and internal teams with innovative Growth Invention ideas.
• Manage the P&L, SOWs, and overall profitability for the assigned business group.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of integrated Paid Media including Social, Programmatic, and Search.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream accounts in a global agency or consultancy.
• Experience or strong exposure to Social Organic and Influencer ecosystems.
• Challenger mindset with the ability to navigate sensitive commercial conversations.
• Confident, positive personality with a focus on relationship building.
