TL;DR

Project Manager (CCaaS): Leading the end-to-end implementation of enterprise Contact Centre as a Service solutions with an accent on budget management up to £10 million and cross-functional team leadership. Focus on managing project risks, ensuring methodology consistency, and delivering complex technology integration projects while collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the UK, with a hybrid requirement of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of CCaaS projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage complex budgets of up to £10 million.
  • Ensure consistent application of PMO methodologies and processes across all projects.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks for BT and customer business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt project management methods to suit specific governance and risk profiles.

Requirements

  • UK-based role requiring 3 days/week office attendance.
  • Proven track record managing complex CCaaS projects valued between £5M and £20M.
  • Hands-on technical experience with enterprise technology such as Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco.
  • Current Security Clearance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and financial acumen.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-pressure delivery environments.

  • Experience in diverse business environments from sole traders to large enterprises.
