What you will do

• Lead and nurture the global E/ABP community through regular coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess leadership support requirements and optimize capacity.
• Execute the hiring strategy in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage through organizational change by communicating adjustments and removing obstacles to ensure business continuity.
• Foster community norms that prioritize belonging, psychological safety, and team wellbeing.
• Align team activities with organizational goals and company values while promoting thoughtful risk-taking.
