What you will do
- Lead major IT incidents from detection to resolution to minimize business impact.
- Coordinate technical bridge calls and war rooms with infrastructure and application teams.
- Ensure incident documentation, categorization, and reporting meet SLA requirements.
- Guide L2/L3 support teams through complex technical challenges and escalations.
- Prepare incident reports, trend analyses, and root cause documentation.
- Drive continuous process improvement for incident management standards and runbooks.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management or Incident Management in enterprise environments.
- Solid technical background in IT infrastructure, databases, and business-critical platforms.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for daily communication in international teams.
- Deep understanding of ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools like Jira, Confluence, or BMC Helix.
