What you will do

• Run fast experiments to test new messaging, offers, and acquisition features.
• Maintain and improve the team's internal use of AI tools like Claude and Cursor.
• Support the development of AI-powered customer support tools.
• Analyze product performance to identify simpler and faster operational processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Capital Markets teams to support scaling initiatives.
• Own meaningful projects to drive product improvements and business growth.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or product.
• Strong interest in fintech, technology, and startup environments.
• Curiosity regarding AI, automation, and building scalable products.
• Ability to work effectively with data and numbers.
• First-principles thinking with a focus on challenging existing assumptions.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with high ownership.
