What you will do

• Lead the operational and administrative evolution of the SIPP pension offering.
• Ensure continuous compliance with UK pension regulations including FCA, TPR, and HMRC requirements.
• Optimize administration processes and reduce manual workflows through strategic automation.
• Design and deliver new features to support employer contributions and platform scalability.
• Partner with engineering, UI/UX, and operations to execute the product roadmap.
• Utilize data and customer feedback to inform product strategy and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience with UK pension products (SIPP expertise required).
• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong practical knowledge of FCA, TPR, and HMRC regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with pension administration platforms (e.g., Origo, Delta, Equisoft).
• Experience working in an agile product environment alongside engineering teams.
