What you will do

• Deliver high-impact campaigns across email, SMS, and app push channels for content and product launches.
• Build and deploy automated triggers and engagement flows designed to foster long-term subscriber habits.
• Collaborate with editorial and digital teams to execute integrated marketing rollouts.
• Utilize behavioral data and subscription insights to develop compelling, personalized messaging.
• Conduct experimentation using CRM testing tools to optimize campaign effectiveness and lifecycle retention.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM, customer marketing, or data-driven marketing roles.
• Technical proficiency in CMS and CRM platforms like Braze, MoEngage, or Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on digital performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
