What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for Phoenix features, from initial discovery and user story creation to launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Evaluate and map workflows to ensure seamless integration of programming and rights management requirements and business processes.
• Facilitate grooming sessions and maintain a prioritised backlog with clear, actionable acceptance criteria for your dedicated engineering squad.
• Partner with Engineers and QE to manage software development processes, including the conceptual design of APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Apply clear frameworks to manage competing business needs and maintain a high-velocity, high-impact roadmap.
• Define key metrics and analyse post-launch data to identify areas for iterative improvement, ensuring the platform delivers the expected value to the business.

Requirements

• 3 + years of Product Management or Business Analysis experience with a track record of delivering software products.
• Experience managing product backlogs and driving execution within an Agile framework.
• Proven ability to map out complex end-to-end workflows and translate manual business processes into scalable system logic.
• A good grasp of software development processes and technologies, including APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs and high-level objectives into actionable product initiatives.
• Must already have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Programming & Rights management systems in context to Broadcast and Digital TV is desirable but not essential.
