What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of 19 analysts and managers responsible for workforce management services.
- Develop and execute accurate workforce forecasts and capacity plans for large-scale operations.
- Monitor real-time performance and adjust staffing levels to meet service level goals.
- Optimize schedules to balance operational requirements, employee preferences, and labor costs.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology and analytics to align strategy with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience leading workforce management teams in a high-volume, customer-centric environment.
- Expert level proficiency in workforce management tools and systems.
- Advanced statistical modeling skills, including machine learning and regression models (ARIMA, Prophet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model near company offices in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis.

- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
