What you will do
- Own the end-to-end digital user journey from app launch to order placement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to identify product friction and launch experiments.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for core eCommerce and retail media features.
- Translate user research and data insights into actionable product improvements.
- Drive synergy between in-app and off-app user experiences.
- Quantify product performance using North Star metrics and A/B testing methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience in high-traffic B2C e-commerce or multi-sided marketplaces.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ people including engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- Proven expertise in managing the full product lifecycle autonomously from discovery to post-launch.
- Technical proficiency in mobile-first environments, specifically integrating internal tooling with marketing solutions.
- Mastery of A/B testing, data analysis, and driving ROI on complex projects.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
