What you will do

• Own the end-to-end digital user journey from app launch to order placement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to identify product friction and launch experiments.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for core eCommerce and retail media features.
• Translate user research and data insights into actionable product improvements.
• Drive synergy between in-app and off-app user experiences.
• Quantify product performance using North Star metrics and A/B testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience in high-traffic B2C e-commerce or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ people including engineers, designers, and data scientists.
• Proven expertise in managing the full product lifecycle autonomously from discovery to post-launch.
• Technical proficiency in mobile-first environments, specifically integrating internal tooling with marketing solutions.
• Mastery of A/B testing, data analysis, and driving ROI on complex projects.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
