Compensation: $173,000 – $277,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for internal sales tools, from initial discovery and journey mapping to launch and measurement.
  • Partner with supplier-facing sales and customer success teams to identify needs and automate critical workflows.
  • Define multi-product roadmaps that connect daily execution to broader revenue goals.
  • Perform build-vs-buy evaluations and catalyze rapid iterative delivery.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B products, internal tools, or sales support platforms.
  • Experience shipping and scaling products alongside Engineering, Design, and Machine Learning teams.
  • Proven track record of owning multi-product roadmaps and delivering results in complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML-powered products and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and CRM ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with specific CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Highspot, or Allego.
  • Background in marketplaces, travel-tech, or two-sided platforms.
  • Experience integrating third-party software solutions.
