What you will do

• Mentor and coach engineers to support their professional development and career growth.
• Lead the team in designing, building, and maintaining core subscription and billing services.
• Drive the technical roadmap for entitlements, pricing, and market configuration capabilities.
• Partner with Product Managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Champion engineering best practices, including agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing software engineers.
• Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience.
• Proven experience in building and running high-availability, scalable digital products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
