What you will do
- Drive technical evaluations including discovery, custom demos, proof of value (PoV) projects, and technical Q&A.
- Design and deploy customer-specific AI-driven workflows and agent-based automation solutions.
- Partner with Sales to deliver high-impact presentations and assist with technical RFP elements.
- Serve as a regional team lead to coach and enable other Solutions Engineers on best practices and deal strategy.
- Analyze and map complex business processes to tailor platform integrations to enterprise needs.
- Train partners and clients on platform capabilities, AI features, and workflow automation.
Requirements
- Must be located in Australia
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling to enterprise clients.
- 8+ years of total customer-facing experience in a technology role.
- Hands-on experience with AI LLMs and integration platforms like Zapier, Workato, or Unito.
- Strong ability to influence technical and executive audiences through masterful storytelling.
- Proven background in business process mapping and technical problem solving.
