What you will do
- Lead and mentor the engineering team by distributing authority and fostering a growth mindset.
- Drive technical excellence and establish the "why" behind architectural decisions in a core domain.
- Balance hands-on development with strategic leadership and performance management.
- Architect the evolution of critical systems toward a service-oriented architecture to support growth.
- Strategically integrate AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with product leadership to ensure technical decisions maximize business impact.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, C# .NET Core, and cloud-native architectures.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and cultivating a culture of accountability.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for leveraging AI tools and LLMs as force multipliers for engineering productivity.
- Strategic mindset focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Skill in navigating trade-offs between immediate value and long-term technical health.
