What you will do

• Lead the Solutions Sub Group, comprising Solution Engineering, Developer Toolkits, and System Integrator partnership functions.
• Own the end-to-end strategy and operations for the System Integrator program, including procurement, architectural standards, and delivery quality.
• Bridge the gap between hirify.global's technical platform capabilities and complex enterprise partner requirements via solution engineering and proof-of-concept development.
• Drive the roadmap for developer toolkits and documentation, ensuring they align with the needs of AI platform partners and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams to influence the broader ecosystem product roadmap.
• Coach and grow high-performing engineering teams, fostering an environment of empowerment and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading engineering teams in a platform, partnership, or technical sales enablement context.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer and business value.
• Experience managing diverse team types, including internal engineering and external partner/vendor programs.
• Ability to operate across technical delivery, partnership management, and commercial enablement simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across engineering, product, and sales.
• Leadership style centered on empowerment and delegation rather than command and control.

Nice to have

• Technical credibility in architecture discussions, API design, and platform strategy.
• Experience scaling engineering teams and establishing sustainable operating models.
• Prior experience with developer relations or managing complex platform ecosystems.
