What you will do

  • Develop long-term global franchise vision and strategy grounded in consumer insights and market trends.
  • Lead global licensing strategy to drive revenue beyond core toy business segments.
  • Partner with brand leads to build cross-franchise tentpole plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to create omnichannel retail activations and content programs.
  • Manage franchise pitch materials, budgets, and global 360° franchise communications.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of franchise calendars, milestones, and project trackers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years (or 4+ with MBA) of experience in brand, franchise, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record in franchise strategy and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience managing multi-generational or heritage franchises.
  • Strong background in global marketing and international business.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
