Salary: $100,200 – $148,320 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with players across Steam, Discord, Reddit, and other community platforms.
• Champion player needs by serving as an advocate within Firaxis development and hirify.global global marketing teams.
• Utilize social listening and analytical tools to measure player sentiment and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute marketing strategies and engagement programs.
• Coordinate with external agencies to manage player messaging and content moderation on key community channels.
• Report performance metrics and player feedback to studio stakeholders to inform game improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in digital community building or social roles within gaming, media, or entertainment.
• Deep expertise in managing platforms such as Steam, Discord, Reddit, Twitch, and YouTube.
• Extensive experience with analytical and social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Tubular, Discord analytics).
• Strong knowledge of the video game landscape with specific familiarity with Civilization and XCOM franchises.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
