What you will do

• Lead all aspects of research and development for gaming peripheral products.
• Manage the full lifecycle of electrical engineering product development from concept to mass production.
• Coordinate with vendors, development partners, and contract manufacturers to align on timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) regulatory standards.
• Work with contract manufacturers to ensure the delivery of high-quality components and assemblies.
• Evaluate and select new technologies and suppliers to stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware circuit and system design.
• Proficiency in EE CAD/CAE tools such as ORCAD, PADS, and PSPICE.
• Solid understanding of analog/digital circuits, signal processing, and power electronics.
• Experience in EMC/EMI design and implementing effective countermeasures.
• Practical knowledge of computer peripherals, embedded microcontroller platforms, and connectivity technologies (USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).
