Salary: $110,000–$153,000

What you will do

• Coach and guide analytics associates to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Drive the Industry Insights mission through consistent delivery of Thought Leadership.
• Manage team KPIs and ensure successful execution of Service Models and Joint Business Plans.
• Partner with Account Leads to transform customer experiences and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain fluency in the full NIQ portfolio to convert leads into incremental sales.
• Support large-scale user deployments and provide strategic oversight on complex client queries.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in CPG, sales, or market research.
• Proven experience leading and coaching teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with POS/Panel data.
• Digital fluency with the ability to quickly master new analytical tools.
• Experience driving strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
